What we collect
- Contact details you choose to send us by email, such as your name, email address and message.
- Render queue data stored only in your own browser via local storage. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us while a payment provider is pending.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and we do not process customer network or infrastructure data as a service.
How we use data
We use the details you send to respond to your enquiry and, once a payment provider is connected, to deliver purchased visual files. Payment details will then be handled by the payment provider, not stored on this site.
Your rights
You may ask us to access or delete the personal data you have sent us. Email support@caetech.shop and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Clearing local data
Because the render queue lives in your browser, clearing it removes that data from your device at any time using the “Clear queue” control on the queue page.
